Where bdb678's liability cannot be excluded by law, bdb678's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fairness and the operational standards of the Platform.
